A soon to be immunized Holden |
Back to the subject of the blog. Although I often wonder how I will merge the newborn into the blog without detracting from either child. Holden can now open upper level kitchen drawers resulting in a reararnging of utensils based on degrees of sharpness. He likes to play peek-a-boo, walk and find blemishes, bo-bos and moles on adult bodies. Daddy had some hand blisters which Holden saw during a diaper change and declared, "Uh-oh!". Daddy informed him it was a, "Bow-bow". So in a picture below Holden is pointing to Daddy's ear mole and saying "Bow-bow!".
Holden cries a little easier lately when things don't go his way. This lets us know he is aging properly, entering the toddler phase. We deviated from his rigid sleep schedule to meet some local friends at Blue Heaven restaurant and the effects were easily seen the next day. It's like you don't want to be seen as the weird family but you know the consequences for deviation....

Holden got to see some military airborne and free-fall operations being conducted by Daddy's work. He mostly enjoyed the airplane which he would chase to the end of the horizon if it weren't for a doting parent.

Holden found a toy grocery cart on a walk and Daddy told him where Holden normally sits. Well, Holden went home and put "baby" in the seat! |
