Momma's milk came in last night and boy (ha!) is it appreciated. Holden is at breast longer and more often. He enjoys the new menu and has turned into "bodily function machine" a term coined by his mother before Holden arrived to describe another man in the house....He is a hard sleeper and is sometimes woken up to feed. The moments he is alert are the best. His developing pupils struggle to find an object or face to focus on but when he does it is awesome. He has started grabbing adult fingers with his hand and loves to stretch out and pump his legs, usually removing all types and brands of socks (we have 300 pair).
A friend brought over a fine Jewish breakfast from a local deli this am and was enjoyed by both parents. Hopefully Grandma wakes up soon before its all gone. Well that's all from Key West but we will keep all updated on young master Holden's progress.
